A dissolving pulp

CIRCULOSE® is a “Dissolving Pulp” obtained by recycling the cellulose found in worn clothes in your closet. CIRCULOSE® made from 100% recycled textiles; It can be used to make viscose, lyocell, modal, acetate and other types of regenerated fibers (also called man-made cellulosic fibers).

The only difference about textiles made with CIRCULOSE® is that they are made from textile waste instead of cotton, oil or wood pulp.

• Recycling used clothing, textile waste and cellulosic raw materials using an innovative process reduces the amount of waste while creating positive effects on the environment.

Makes fashion cyclical

The CIRCULOSE® recycling process, which is the basis of the sustainable fashion industry, occurs as follows.

• Clothes that cannot be sold or used, production waste, etc. Textiles such as are collected.
• Clothes are torn apart, buttons, zippers and colors are opened and turned into slurry. Polyester etc. Once pollutants such as these are broken down, cellulose is released, a biodegradable organic polymer from which cotton, trees and most green plants in the world are made.
• The slurry is dried to produce pure CIRCULOSE® sheets. The sheets are packaged in bales and sent by fiber manufacturers to be recycled into virgin quality textile fibres.
• Brands design and produce new clothing using fibers made from CIRCULOSE®.

BLENDING OPTIONS

Our company uses CIRCULOSE® 100% or in its portfolio; It produces tailor-made blended yarn with Carded, Combed, Tencel™, Linen, Hemp, Cotton, Ecovero™, Viscose, Tencel™ A100 and Tencel™ Lf fibers in line with the requests from its customers. It can also make multilayers of these yarn blends in Folding Twisting Facilities.
